Chaired by Martin Cave of the Warwick Business School, with Michael Wigley, a senior legal adviser from New Zealand, Peter McCarthy-Ward of BT and Tom Kiedrowski of Ofcom, together with other experts, the meeting will provide a frank exchange of views between participants and vigorous debate for all. The Chatham House rule will apply.
