TERTIARY TERRITORY

Bob Shepperd is a senior solicitor with the Ministry of Education and has been in practice for nearly 25 years in both government and private practice. His primary areas of responsibility in government are legislation and tertiary law. Bob will take us on a short trek over the law he calls tertiary territory. He will discuss the general landscape, some landmarks and especially some landslips in this evolving area of law.
