So much has been happening since our February article that we have updated it with new developments. December's passing of the Telecommunications Amendment Act is a remarkable change, within only around a year of Government starting down this path.  But that's not all that is happening.  Here we overview the new legislation and the many other big developments, from mobile to radio-spectrum.  This article is updated from a paper presented by Michael Wigley at the 7th Annual Competition Law and Regulation Review conference.
