Government Purchasing Processes Set for the Biggest Change in Years

Knowledge of government procurement processes is important not only for the public sector but also for savvy vendors that want to optimise their chances of winning government business.

A new trade agreement is set to change the landscape in which central government buy and sell other goods and services. Central government agencies should do an overhaul of their procurement manuals and processes in mid-2006.
